Fidra Furniture was founded in 2024 by Michiel Vrenegoor, following graduation from the prestigious Chippendale International School of Furniture. Before embarking on a career in furniture making, Michiel spent 15 years as an officer in the Dutch merchant navy. This extensive experience instilled a profound respect for craftsmanship, precision, and durability—qualities that are now the hallmark of Fidra Furniture.

At Fidra Furniture, we specialize in bespoke freestanding furniture, custom-fitted pieces, and meticulous restoration work. Each creation and restoration project is carefully crafted to meet the unique needs and tastes of our clients, ensuring that every item is not only functional but also a work of art.
